The adaptive reuse of a early-20th-century warehouse into open-plan loft interiors, preserving exposed brick, timber trusses, and original steel windows wherever possible. New insertions, kitchens, stairs, and mezzanine platforms, are treated as distinct blackened-steel elements set against the historic shell.
The result celebrates the building’s industrial character while meeting modern standards for insulation, light, and accessibility.
