A ground-up residential tower on San Diego’s waterfront, designed around uninterrupted ocean views. Floor-to-ceiling glazing, cantilevered balconies, and a monochrome material palette give the building a quiet, sculptural presence against the skyline.
The project balances dense urban massing with generous private outdoor space on every level, and was designed to meet strict coastal resiliency and energy codes without compromising the clean architectural language.
